chevron_rightCan we have speed bumps in the community? No- City of McDonough completed a "speed enforcement evaluator" in March of 2019. We have attached the reports in the document and forms section under miscellaneous. The data does not support a need for speed bumps or show that we have a speeding issue in our community.

chevron_rightCommunity Yard Sales- Permit Required from County Anyone who conducts a “Community Sale” (i.e. yard sale, garage sale, lawn sale, attic sale, rummage sale or flea market sale) is required to obtain a permit and pay a fee of $25.00 (non-refundable). The “Community Sale” application may be downloaded (refer to below link) and please contact Vernita McNeil (678) 432-4622 and/or Tina Tebo (678) 782-6221 regarding any questions. chevron_rightHow do I get a User ID and Password? By clicking on any password protected area of this site (Residents => Directory) you will be presented with the Log-on page. In the lower portion of the page you will see Request a new user account, click on that link and it will take you to the user registration form. Complete the form and submit it as directed.

An explanation is under the residents sections, under covenants and bylaws.Definition: is the minimum number of eligible* member of the HOA that must be present at any of its meetings to make the proceedings of the meeting valid and conduct business of the association. CWP's bylaws indicate the presence of, in person or by proxy of 25%. Only one member of each household may vote.Eligible member is defined as members in good standing.
