•  Use of playground equipment is at your own risk
•  Play area is reserved for residents and their guests only
•  Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an Adult
•  Only one person per swing at a time
•  No one over the age of 16 is permitted to use the equipment
•  No Glass in play area
•  Do not use equipment when wet
•  Wear proper footwear
•  No jumping off equipment
•  No Pets
•  No Food, Drinks, or Alcohol
•  No Loud Music
•  Pick up any trash you drop
